Family Memberships - Patrons family memberships include an immediate household (dependent children under 25)
Advanced Notice - Regardless of status, all Patrons are requested to give at least two weeks' prior notice for their tour & entrance requests. Due to new COVID protocols and limited staffing due to the pandemic, any requests received with less than three weeks' advance notice cannot be guaranteed to be honored. Thank you for your understanding and for making your timely requests.
Punctuality - Patrons must show up for their scheduled visits & entrances on time. Any Patrons who are running later than 30 minutes will risk forfeiture of their visit. For any and all no-shows, who do not attempt to contact the office via call or text, or email, privileges will be suspended for the remainder of the calendar year.
Entrances to the Vatican Museums - Entrances: Each entrance is for one person or Patrons family. Access to ONLY the Vatican Museums, or Castel Gandolfo, both ticketed zones managed by the Direction of the Vatican Museums under the Governance of the Vatican City State, will be arranged for Patrons to enter through the Patrons entrance (exit of the Vatican Museums). Once inside the museums, all Patrons who are enjoying entrance privileges only (and not an organized tour) will receive no further assistance or guidance.
